WineDiva's Review

Jam, marmalade, dry.
Lakeside Cellars is a newish 14-acre estate on the eastern shore of Lake Osoyoos. It rests on what used to be the Haynes Homestead. Unable to save the existing structure, new owners Harbans and Harkesh Dhaliwal used parts of the historic estate when building their new tasting room in 2016.
A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this rose Cherries and strawberry jam, orange peel, vanilla, honey and faint spices. Dry and citrusy it has stewed red fruits, peach marmalade and bitter orange flavours woven with vanilla and tobacco.
